Windows network Disconnects randomly

My laptop's Windows Network disconnects randomly with "Media Disconnected" message in windows xp, Most of the time its when the system is idle for some time..Simple way to fix this disconnect and Connect back the Network cable to Ethernet slot, It will immediately connects..
Struggled lot to find the root cause..but no luck .
Today I found a probable root cause , It seems Ethernet device Power management option seems to culprit , It seems this option will cut off the power supply to ethernet device , if network is idle for sometime.. After disabling it it seems I have not seen the error back.

To disable it My computer -> manage-> network adapter -> properties

Why He?

I am trying to touch here very complex nature of human beings, which we can see in most of us.Yes i m talking abt Why He? quality.
whenever somebody gets some recognisation/get success in life/profession, first things comes in our mind is why he? why not us? He done it because he is having some thing this that and bla bla ...
This behaviour we can see everywhere, be it in professional life (With your colleagues) or in personal space(relatives/friends)
I have seen mostly in our work. Whenever somebody get the promotion/hike or awards even though we wishes him very next minute ppl start talking about the why he? he got it because he is very close to boss? or he is selfish or he took credits from somebody others work (most of the time it is yours) and start scolding all the people in the world (company, work, boss everybody)
I know it is our tendency to think like that (Basic nature of human beings) but i believe we can control that atleast some extent.
Basic reason for this behaviour is we ourselves dont have specific goal in our life. We like to achive everything in life without bothering about how far i can stretch or reach. We never tries to know the limitation of ours. These type thinking leads us to say if I get this I would do that. Then who the hell blocked you from getting this? .....

So always it is better to identify where I am and What I eligible. As I long as I get what I eligible forget others whether he gets more than his eligiblity or less..
